Our house combines the advantages of a quiet, green garden suburb and easy access to the city centre or other points of interest.The next local bus stop is only a 3 minute walk away.

Only 2 km east of our holiday apartment you will find Pillnitz castle, the former summer residence of many Saxon electors and kings. Other important castles, like Moritzburg and Weesenstein, as well as the historic cities of Pirna and Meißen are accessable by car within one hour.

Hiking and nature lovers will like the Saxon Switzerland, about 20 km away it is an almost unique, partially wild romantic landscape, which remains among the most popular hiking areas in the region for more than 150 years. The Pillnitz vineyards and the surrounding 'Elbhang' valleys will offer rewarding opportunities for those who would like to walk in the vicinity. The Elbe River and its scenic countryside are within walking distance. A special experience is a ride on a historic paddle steamers of the Saxon Steamship Company. The next landing is in Pillnitz.
