Viticulture
			For nearly 25 years we are cultivating a piece of the Pillnitz wineyard with approximately 1500 vines. The whole acreage is part of the historic "Pillnitz Royal Vineyard", which was built at the end of the 19th century as a model vineyard. Its steep slopes and terraced walls create a very favourable micro-climate. We take advantage of this to produce grapes with the potential for quality wines. Our grapes are pressed by local winemaker Klaus Zimmerling, who is among the top quality producers in Saxony. On a guided tour trough our vineyard we would like to show you a little bit of the local viticulture. During the harvest, there is the opportunity ot help. And of course it is possible to buy local wines from us.
